Reebonz, a members only site which is known
for the brands that it carries as well as the competitive prices that
they offer, held an event at Chijmes Cathedral. Thanks to GX for his
“pulling” that I managed to get into the event as part of the media and
had prior access to the goodies being offered, before it opened to the
public.
Along with the products on sale, Reebonz
was also launching the first of its kind in Singapore and Asia Pacific –
the Reebonz Mobil. Which is a moving shop loaded with “fashion
essentials at affordable prices”.
The
buzz was overwhelming and the items that were put up on sale at the
event literally disappeared as the swarm of buyers made their way around
the area. Brands like Chanel, Balenciaga, Prada and so on were at such
competitive prices that the shelves were practically bear by the end of
the event.
Ended up buying a Balenciaga wallet for my mum.
Hope to see more of such events happening in Singapore.
